If your message is about how the site works, please write directly to webmaster@angelofmars.com, attaching screenshots to show the problem on the page, explaining it in text.

If your request relates to the exercise of your right of withdrawal, please first read the document on Returns and Refunds, and in particular section 9.4.8. In this one, you will copy and fill in the withdrawal form provided to you, and send it to internetreturns@angelofmars.com, indicating as the subject of your e-mail “withdrawal (order number)” where (order number) corresponds to the order that is the subject of your right of withdrawal.

If you wish to invoke your legal guarantee of conformity, please refer to section 9.4.9 of the same document relating to Returns and Refunds, and if you prefer to communicate by e-mail, still use internetreturns@angelofmars.com, but indicating “conformity (order number)” as the subject of your message.

As for the warranty against latent defects, follow the instructions in the previous paragraph, including the first reading of section 9.4.9 relating to Returns and Refunds, but indicate “hidden defect (order number)” in the subject of your e-mail.

If you have a problem with an order whose theme does not belong to one of those mentioned in the previous paragraphs, in addition to reading this same document relating to Returns and Refunds to find out about the guarantees we offer and the exclusions we place, you will follow the instructions given in section 9.5 and send us your file to the address warranty@angelofmars.com, by indicating “Trouble Order (order number)” in the subject line of your e-mail.

If you wish to communicate about your personal data, use the dataprotection@angelofmars.com address, or, if you prefer traditional mail, refer to the final section of our Privacy Policy for our full contact details in this case. Whichever method you choose, remember to include a copy of an identity document with your application so that it can be accepted and processed.

Otherwise, for any other message, you can send us another space probe, – with engravings of naked Earthlings seen from behind to change and facilitate the recognition of the species -, but the communication will still be at a rather slow pace, so that’s why you can use this form if you want a faster answer, especially since we are temporarily on your planet!
