“As if embroidered” because the printing of the elements allows for a greater richness of colors, and the size and position of the decorative elements are typically those of an embroidery.
In short, it looks like an embroidery, it has the dimensions of an embroidery, it’s used like an embroidery, but it’s colored like a print, because it’s a print!
